Back by popular demand! Want to learn more about the mysterious world of opera? Delve into four centuries worth of stories, styles, singers, and composers in an entertaining and enlightening class taught by Kim Pensinger Witman, Director of Wolf Trap Opera and Classical Programming.
In this 5-part series, participants will explore the rich history of opera—from Handel and Mozart to Verdi and Strauss—through discussions, listening examples, videos, and more.

Five classes will be held on Wednesdays from February 25 through March 25, 2009.
Classes are not interchangeable.
Participants can only attend their registered class.
Space is very limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Tuition: $125 per 5-week session
