The Meadow Pavilion, nestled at the edge of the woods in the lower meadow at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, is available for rental for your special event prior to performances at the Filene Center.

Rental Details

• Capacity seated: 50 on covered stage, 130 on entire facility
• Capacity standing: 70 on covered stage, 150 on entire facility
• Equipped with electricity, water source, nearby restroom facilities, and parking for catering trucks.
• The Rental Office will provide assistance with reserving the space, ticket purchasing through the Group Sales office, a map of the grounds, directions to Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, and a Wolf Trap host during the event.
• The renting organization must provide a caterer and/or food and beverages, tables and chairs, linens, audio/visual equipment, and decor.
• The Meadow Pavilion may be rented in conjunction with Filene Center performances only. Guests attending functions must also have a ticket for the related performance. Performance tickets may be purchased through the Group Sales office at (703) 255-1851. More Group Sales Information

• $500 Pre-performance space
• $200 Security Deposit (Refundable)
