Filene Center at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts Filene Center Group Sales

During the summer performance season at the Filene Center, Wolf Trap offers rolling meadows dotted with picnic tables and a spectacular outdoor theater with both lawn and covered pavilion seating that accommodate more than 7,000 patrons. Celebrate your next birthday, alumni, corporate, or other event with a party in the park, followed by one of our many outstanding performances! A group for Filene Center shows consists of 20 or more people.

The Barns at Wolf Trap is an intimate, indoor venue with a performance season that runs from October to May. A group for shows at The Barns consists of 15 or more people.

Kid's on a Field Trip to Wolf Trap's Children's Theatre-in-the-WoodsChildren's Theatre-in-the-Woods

The Children's Theatre-in-the-Woods enables families to spend the summer months introducing children to the thrill of live performance in a unique venue in the woods of Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. A group for Theatre-in-the-Woods consists of 20 or more people.

Rental Facilities
Wolf Trap offers many rental options to entertain your group. Year-round options include The Barns and the Center for Education while seasonal options include the Associates Deck, Meadow Pavilion, and Terrace (available late May through mid-September).

Personalized Customer Service
Wolf Trap’s group sales staff will be happy to assist you in planning your visit to Wolf Trap from transportation to dining to hotels and more.

Placing a Group Order

  1. Make sure that your party has enough members to qualify for group sales (20+ for the Filene Center, 15+ for The Barns, 20+ for Children's Theater-in-the-Woods).
  2. Contact our Group Sales department directly at (703) 255-1851 or send your request to groupsales@wolftrap.org.
  3. Let us know your desired performance, number of tickets, and preferred seating location and we will send you a contract for your order.
  4. Return the signed contract and a 25% nonrefundable deposit and we will reserve your tickets on a best-available basis.
  5. Upon receiving final payment no later than 3 weeks before the performance, we will send your tickets via certified mail.
