Will Call

Patrons may pick up already-purchased tickets at the Wolf Trap Box Office (in advance or immediately prior to the performance) during regular hours. A photo I.D. and confirmation number are needed to claim the tickets.

Service Charges

A per-ticket service charge applies to all tickets purchased through Tickets.com. There is no service charge on tickets purchased in person at the Wolf Trap Box Office.

Gift Certificates

Wolf Trap gift certificates can be used in person, at the  Box Office, or by mail to buy tickets for any available performance year-round and are offered in $10, $20, or $50 denominations.

Rain Policy

Tickets for outdoor events are nonrefundable, even in cases of inclement weather, unless the area is officially closed due to public safety reasons. No refunds will be offered. Check with the Box Office about a possible exchange.

Ticket Policies and Restrictions

  • All sales, including the service charge, are final. No refunds. Tickets may be exchanged in person at the Box Office no later than 24 hours prior to the originally ticketed performance.
  • All exchanges are subject to a $5 transaction fee per order.
  • All patrons, including children of any age, must have a ticket.
  • The Filene Center and The Barns at Wolf Trap are accessible to persons with disabilities. Learn about accommodations for people with disabilities
  • Schedule, program, and artists are subject to change.
  • If lost, tickets may be reprinted at a fee of $1 per ticket.
  • Resale of Wolf Trap tickets is prohibited by law and/or regulation.
  • Wolf Trap is not responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorized sources.
  • Use of the Wolf Trap name in print, web, and broadcast advertising relating to the sale of Wolf Trap tickets is strictly prohibited.
  • Wolf Trap reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke ticketing privileges for those suspected of violating these policies.

You are admitted on the condition, and by your use of a ticket you agree,

  • That you will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which your ticket admits you.
  • To the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event this ticket admits you to.
  • To any additional house rules that may apply. Violation of house rules or regulations can result in removal from the event, revocation of your ticket without the refund of any portion of the ticket price, and prosecution. See the Filene Center House Rules
  • To assume all risks incidental to the event to which your ticket admits you and waive any rights against Tickets.com, the issuer, its agents, management and employees, and performers which you may have arising out of any accident, personal injury, or loss or damage to property.

Q. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

A. Yes. Patrons are permitted to bring in food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to consume in picnic areas and on the lawn.
